DEV: compiles but has not been tested. Merging CAN in CN. This branch has a very limited functionality for stomate. Sechiba is fully functional. The routines calculating stand structure were added such that this version can be used to implement the mulyti-layer energy budget scheme and CAN-functionality of stomate can be further added
