Ticket #190 : cleaning

  • thermosoil :
    • dimension nbld changed to nslm. There is no longer a diagnostic axis. Use directly the nslm number of layers in hydrol.

thermosoil_var_init

  • removed local varaibles zz_coef, zz and dz2 : use directly the variables from vertical_soil.
  • module variables should not be passed as arguments inside the module : remove dz1 and dz5 from argument list to thermosoil_coef
  • thermosoilc : remove section for hydrol_cwrr. This module is only used for Choisnel.
  • stempdiag removed from IOIPSL output
