Added:
- routine for biological N2 fixation following JSBACH and CLM based on Cleveland et al (1999)
- linear soil sorption dynamics using soil order specific ratios of sorbed:desorbed based on Yang et al (2013)
Regarding 2, the soil specific parameter values are implemented but overwritten with the value set in the subroutine.
This is because ORCHIDEE does not know about USDA soil orders only clay/silt fraction.
I omit this for now to discuss with the ones responsible for the reading of the clay/silt instead of soil order.
Shushi has warned me there is a bug causing negative N pools in bare soil tiles (which is not fixed here).
