vertical.f90 is implemented. It is a central module which defines common levels (up to the
depth of the hydrology) between hydrol.f90 and thermosoil.f90. This module is based on the
Python script discussed between Agnes, Frederique, Fuxing and Jan. For the moment the
diaglev are not taken out of the code but that should be done at a later stage.
The interim solution is to put into diaglev the common levels. as no thought has yet been
given to how to integrate Choisnel into this scheme, the option has been deactivated. This
mater is left for later consideration. The change was validated with a simulation and as
expected this modification of the layers in thermosoil only changes the results very slightly.
