The grid description has been generalized but these additions require some clean-up.
The WRF projections have been added (module_llxy.f90) but not yet tested. A approriate forcing
file is needed.

It was noted that with PGF and Optimisations larger than 1 the rest does not work anymore. Other
compilers will need to be tested.
