Homogenization of parameters controling the level of text output:

  • Add new parameter WRITELEVEL
  • Add function get_writelevel: this function makes it possible to have a local WRITELEVEL for a module. For example WRITELEVEL_sechiba overwrites the global WRITELEVEL in module sechiba.
  • Removed parameters: BAVARD, LONGPRIN, DEBUG_INFO
  • Removed local check variables
