Commit for conformance with strict f90 norm, lf95 errors.

  1. Variables date and dt are not present in LAND USE file. They are not used and it may give un undefined value error in the next bcast.
  2. Variable veget_year was not defined for other process than root and it may give un undefined value error in the next bcast.
