Commit for conformance with strict f90 norm, lf95 errors.

• The variable NbPoint? has an undefined value in bcast line 296.
• Allocatable arrays (SWnet_nm1, ...) are not allocated in forcing_read_interpol arguments.
• Initialization of kindex vector : must scatter only the local part of index_g.
• All watchout variables must have INOUT property.
• Give default values for local index variables in domain_size function.
