Added directory SPINUP/SUBJOB. In this directory the sub job are copied. The configuration ORCHIDEE_OL/SPINUP is now independent from the directories ORCHIDEE_OL/OOL_SEC_STO, etc.

Therfore, FLUXNET is now depending only on the directory SPINUP.
