Coupled climate models that use climatological iceberg calving and iceshelf melt do not conserve water as there is no guarantee that the amount of iceberg calving and iceshelf melt matches the amount of snowfall on the Greenland and Antarctic icesheets. This change fixes this by altering the amount of iceberg calving and iceshelf melt to match the amount of snowfall on the Greenland and Antarctic icesheets. It does this by receiving the total amount of snow/ice mass on the Greenland and Antarctic icesheets. As snow falls then this mass goes up and the exact amount of ice mass is lost through iceberg calving and iceshelf melt. One complication is that the Greenland and Antarctic icesheet masses are two scalar variables which are passed from the Atmosphere/Land component as two scalar values (i.e. two 0D arrays)
