Update the arch files for Curie:
- Update NetCDF to version 4.3.3.1
- Update PGI compiler to version 14.10 (fixes compilation for the xios-1.0 branch)
- Update GCC compiler to version 4.9.1
- Update Vampir to version 8.2.1
- Various clean-ups.
