Integrated partially the commit [7394] done on ORCHIDEE_3 : Update N emissions.
- Separated ifert into ifert_ammo and ifert_nitr which gives ninput=6.
- Added 6 new possible input files:
Nfert_ammo_cropland.nc
Nfert_nitr_cropland.nc
Nfert_cropC3.nc
Nfert_cropC4.nc
Nfert_ammo_pasture.nc
Nfert_nitr_pasture.nc
Note that these changes are not supposed to make any difference in the results if using the default settings. But the stomate restart variable nbp_accu_flux changes results in one of the trusting experiments (LO4p). This variable changes resultas but it doesn't propagate towards the other variables. No changes in the other test experiences.
