Changeset 2892 for trunk/ORCHIDEE

Copied thermosoil module into thermosoilc. This new module thermosoilc is now used for the Choisnel hydrology. This is done to prepare for future modifications in thermosoil for the change of the vertical discretization. In this version thermosoil and thermosoilc are not changed, they are identic except for the names of subroutines.
