This tree contains sample configuration files for various machines and test cases.

In each experiment folder one should create a symlink called 'build' to the directory where DYNAMICO has been compiled.
Indeed the experiment folder contains symbolic links to files contained in build/, build/bin and build/xml.

Folders containing 'mpi_omp' in their name require that DYNAMICO be compiled with parallel=mpi_omp .
Folders containing instead 'mpi' in their name require that DYNAMICO be compiled with parallel=mpi.

The job script called job.sh is meant to be submitted to the batch manager with the appropriate command.
